Proposition 1 is a charter amendment, also known as Renew Houston, on the November 2, 2010 ballot for the City of Houston, to create a Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Fund to provide for the enhancement, improvement and ongoing renewal of Houston’s drainage and streets.
